Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

After this period, your order may already be processing, and changes may not be possible.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 10 business days.


Return Policy

You have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

You may open the packaging and inspect the product as you would in a physical store, to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Products must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will not be issued for items used beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for return.

Wait for our confirmation before sending the product back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for faulty or damaged items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.


Damaged or Faulty Items

You have the right to report a faulty product within 30 days of delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours, providing your order number and clear photos of the damage.

Once confirmed, Amorate UK will send a replacement product immediately, at no extra cost.

Refunds or replacements are not available for damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse.

If the product is lost or damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
